Liver is probably doing the best work for our body. It removes almost all of the contained poisonous toxic of our body. If it loses it's ability to do this, have you ever had a thought what could happen? The toxic will be saved on your body and one by one all of your body parts will be disabled. So its very much necessary to maintain the natural working process of liver. You have to make sure that your liver is clean at first. Know about things that are necessary to make sure our liver is clean.

1) Hot water with lemon-
Try to drink light hot water with lemon extract on regular basis. It helps growing enzyme on our liver. Also Vitamin C creates an enzyme named Glutathione, which helps removing the poisonous toxic of our body. Drink one full glass everyday and your liver would be clean.

2) Green tea-
The antioxidant of green tea removes the toxicity of our body and clean the liver. Drinking 1 or 2 cups of green tea everyday remove all kind of toxicity from liver and it would also ensure all of your organs are working well.

3) Garlic-
Garlic contains different elements of sulfur that ensures the enzymes of our liver is or isn't working properly. Garlic has selenium, and this helps cleaning our liver. So try to take a single garlic every time you are taking foods. Make it a habit if possible. Raw garlic would provide the best result.

4) Take sufficient water-
Try to make a habit of taking 7-8 glasses of water everyday. 70% of our body is water. This water help removing toxic from our liver. When there is a lacking of water then our body starts to gather all kinds of toxic to our liver and harm our other organs. So try to take enough water for the betterment of the liver.
