What's good for you at the morning, tea or coffee?

Many of us take tea or coffee just after the completion of our breakfast. You should never take tea or coffee before your breakfast, and also have to remember this isn't happening afterwards either. Acidic elements of tea create problems on digesting protein type food elements. Iron of our body don't get sucked up by our body also. If you have to drink then do it 20-30 minutes later of your breakfast. Whatever the tea or coffee is, you should remember not to take any kind of caffeine at the morning time.

To tell the truth, taking any of the hot liquid like tea or coffee at the morning is not good for your health at all. May be it has become a global habit to drink any of these drinks but that habit never was a good one to follow. May be you are taking some extra snacks with that drink, but it actually is not helping. If you drink tea or coffee straight after you are awake, it may cause digestion problems along with gastronomical sufferings. It also suck up the water of the body.

When you are waking up at the morning, you already have slept more than 7 or 8 hours. You haven't taken any food at that time. So your body becomes eager to take food and water as soon as you are awake. So you should drink a normal glass of water at first in the morning. You may mix up bit of honey with it. It would be great help for your body. But tea or coffee actually helping that cause.
