'Acne' is a word known to all. Surely, it's a very annoying problem that not only can cause great damage to your skin and skin brightness, also can leave black spots. People do so many things to protect themselves from this skin problem. Many treatments are done along with several beauty tips but most of the affected can not get any solution. One should take care of his/her skin as well as eat foods that can help them to fight these problems of acne. By eating few selected foods regularly and by taking care of your skin properly you can get rid off acne.

Fish
We all more or less know about the usefulness of fish. There are lots of Fatty Acid (Omega-3) on the fish, those are very good for the skin. Omega-3 maintain the water density of our skin, strengthen the whole body of the skin, removes all external problems and help brightens.

Cashew
Cashew is full of Vitamin-E, which is very good for our skin and help caring our skin and moisturize the surface. Cashew also removes different kinds of skin problems. It protects us from harmful UV Ray and if you can take cashew on regular basis then it can stop your acne problems effectively.

Garlic
We all know that garlic is very useful for the health. If someone can take a single slice (01 piece) of raw garlic then it would be enormously positive for the health. It works as an anti-biotic for your body. Different natural elements in a garlic removes the harmful bacterias of your body and it also saves your skin.

Green Vegetables
Green vegetables are full of Manganese. Eating this would help to make sure the cleaning of our skin and removes other problems also. There are also lots of Vitamin-A, which are good for our skin and this vitamin is very good skin with acne problems.
