May be you are not feeling alright about going for a walk or running at a gym every single day. May be just may be you are feeling bored. Then you must know these fun ways to loosen up your calories. Unintentionally may be you do that on regular basis. You may be losing calories by not knowing at all. So keep in mind these six fun ideas to get rid off calories:

1. Go to shopping malls:
Ladies must like it! When you are walking and buying things at a super market then you are actually losing calories. If you walk more than one hour at a shopping mall and carry your bags then you maintaining the process. If you don't have anything to buy then only walk and see things.

2. Wash your cloths regularly:
Don't use washing machines or any helping hands to wash your cloths. Do it yourself and your dirty cloths would be clean too. You would diminish more than 120 calories with the use of soap, washing cloths and putting out them on the sun for drying.

3. Eat in front of a mirror:
Do you think this is madness? Though it seems like madness but its actually effective. When you are eating in front of mirror, you would understand how much you are actually eating.

4. Get into a party with your friends:
You definitely like to go to a party. Then what's the problem? Do it. It was seen on a research that, doing party at a home or club for 60 minutes would help you to lose more than 250 calories.

5. Change your dresses:
If you are changing your cloths on regular basis then you are wasting calories. But mind it when you are doing this job, close your fan or AC. You would get a better result.

6. Do household works:
Make your household works a part of exercise. You would finish whatever your works are left and also as a bonus you would lose up some calories. To broom up the room and to wash it by water would help you to reduce your weight. So get into the work as soon as you can.
