9 mistakes at breakfast making you fat and sick

You are getting tired at the moment you are entering your office, aren't you bored about this fact? Are you feeling sick all day long, your mood is not OK or having digestion problems? Your weight is increasing on a fast rate and you can not reduce it at all. The reason behind these problems are nothing but some mistakes you make with your breakfast. Its ruining your health, mood and obviously increasing weight. Let's know about these problems.

1) You are not taking breakfast regularly:
After 8-10 hours sleep what your body needs most is a proper breakfast and sufficient water. You do it for a hurry or do it to reduce your weight, its a great stupidity. It doesn't make you slim, but makes you more fatty. You face many problems like weakness, low blood pressure, bad mood etc.

2) Many take more than enough:
Eating a good breakfast doesn't mean you have to eat till your last breath. Understand your hunger and eat according to it. Choose nutritious foods. If you eat more than needed then you would face digestion problems and tiredness, and your weight would also increase.

3) Your breakfast is not balanced:
If you take oily foods for your breakfast then you are not helping your body by taking unhealthy foods. For a balanced breakfast you need little bit of Carbohydrate, sufficient protein and a good fruit that can provide you enough Vitamin and fiber. Breads, vegetables with egg or chicken with a fruit could be a good choice.

4) If you are taking fruits only:
Fruits can not ensure all kinds of nutrition elements and sufficient energy body needed. Get rid off this habit.

5) If you are taking late breakfast:
You are awake at 7 am but taking breakfast at 10 am, its very unhealthy. Take your breakfast within half hour after you wake up. Don't wait till you feel the hunger.

6) Drinking coffee or tea just after breakfast:
If you are taking tea or coffee just after the breakfast then it provides constraints to our body, as these drinks create problems on proper digestion and don't suck up the Iron of our body. Drink these beverages after 30 minutes of your breakfast.

7) Taking juices:
One fruit has necessary fiber but a juice doesn't. So you are getting less calories and high fiber on fruits and more calorie and less fiber on juices. So chose fruits over juices.

8) If you don't have protein elements:
High proteins like chicken or egg would be helpful for you to not to increase your weight. These foods are digested slowly, so it gets you a good time of energy and you don't get hungry easily.

9) If you are starting your day with sweets:
You can't get out of sweets like jam and jelly or similar items,? So much sugar in the morning can ruin your health. You can take a little bit. But not more than one spoon. Its good if you take honey.
