Tips for achieving and maintaining good physical health

Health care has driven many people to get moving, and exercise is one of the keys to human welfare and there are three things that nobody can forget.

Samantha Clayton, director of World Physical Education Herbalife shares three tips for designing an exercise plan and goals that will help you feel better about yourself, and achieve the body you want.



Step 1

Set goals

Start with a tangible and achievable goal, make it easy and specific, do not say: "I want to get fit" better make up your mind to walk 10 minutes every day so you can achieve and then increase these objectives.

1. Ask yourself, why ?: If you want to write, it is likely to become a reality.

2. Share your goal: If you share your idea with your family and friends will help you to be responsible and be a boost for you to accomplish.

3. Plan for Success: Opt for an activity you really enjoy, not decide for something you know you're not going to make and easier to abort the mission.

Step 2

Keep positive attitude. Opt for a positive approach to your new goals and keep in mind:

1. Do not wait until tomorrow: There is no better day than today to start. If you decide to make a change, do it now and Implement it immediately.

 
2. Use positive words: The power of words is impressive, using phrases like: "I can", "I know I'll make it" and see that the negative becomes positive. It sets an intention for each day and trust that you can do.

 
3. Have love for yourself: Stop seeing the mirror and say: "I need to change." You do not need to see you in a negative way, just because you know you need to take care of you, it is a step in the right direction.

Step 3

Plan your training and motivation

1. Start: You have to start with something and every second counts. In order to stay motivated, find a hobby that you like, so you're always striving for something.

 
2. Encourage your people: The motivate your family and friends to joining an active lifestyle, will help create stronger ties and moments of fun guaranteed.

 
3. Includes Rewards: Sets an incentive to continue motivating you, this could be a trip or new clothes, which you like is fine, provided you are within your reach and you push them to do.
