Are you sleeping more than your health needs?

Now a days sleeping has reduced alarmingly from our life and many of us have forgotten what 'sleeping for a while' means. But as the less sleeping has bad impact, sleeping for a long time also has a similar affect on health.

You can not really fix what's ideal routine for sleeping. It varies on personals. But its enough to sleep for seven to nine hours for every adult person. If you are sleeping more than nine hours everyday then it could be symptom of some disease. You can face big health risk for this sleeping.

1. You can get depressed:
A research of 2014 shows that those who sleep for a longtime have a bigger chance to get depressed.

2. Can affect brain cells:
A research of 2012 shows that elder people who sleep for long hours can have fatal outcomes regarding brain. Those who sleep more has less effectiveness of brain than others.

3. Reduce the power of fertilization:
On a research done on 2013 among 650 people in Korea shows that, those who sleep 6-8 hours in a day has better chance of fertilization than those who sleep for 9-11 hours.

4. Increased chance of diabetics:
One research shows that sleeping more than eight hours can cause type 2 diabetics or can double up the risk of impaired glucose tolerance.

5. The increase of weight:
Research shows that those who sleeps for 7-8 hours are more healthy (weight wise), then those who sleep more or less than 7-8 hours a day.

6. Can cause heart attack:
Research shows that sleeping more than 8 hours can cause the risk of heart attack. Research was based on 3000 people and their sleeping practice and it was seen that there is a higher risk of getting Angina and could also increase chance of coronary artery disease.

7. Your Lifespan can decrease:
16 researches held on 2010 shows that, sleeping more than 8 hours could reduce your lifespan rapidly.

So, get alert about your sleeping hours and now, yes now is the time.
