Now a days we see a lot of people who are getting fat, because at present age we have a tendency to get fat easily than ever before. The weather isn't at all responsible for that. The main reason is only us and our works. We can not do physical exercise as we are almost always sitting on a chair. We came a long distance to keep ourselves fit enough. And that's why we are growing our fat too easily. But if you don't get enough time and don't do any exercises, then can you keep your fitness? Of course you can. But everyone has to be alert on this issue. You have to do some works to keep yourself fit.
1. When you are returning from office or going anywhere, you can walk, or whenever you get time just walk for few steps. It would be very useful.
2. Not doing any kind of exercises at all? You can travel through the shopping centers. You will get the result from this.
3. Why you are always looking towards lift? Even when you are going to first floor. Stop this immediately. Use stairs if you have to go to even seventh floor. The profit is all yours.
4. 20 rope jump at the morning and 20 at the evening. It wont take more than 10 minutes. Try it now, later you could increase the number.
5. Whenever you get time- dance. It may be a bit laughable but a very good exercise. You don't have to be a world class dancer. If you get five minutes of time then plug the on button of your player and dance. Move your body when you are under the shower. All these could be very helpful.
6. After taking lunch and dinner don't just sit or get laid. Walk for a while to for proper digestion. You can be fit that way too.
