1. Sitting for a while after sleep is over:
Many of us lazily sit for hours on the bed after sleep is over. With this your body gets a wrong message. Your nervous system can not properly understand what to do at this situation. So from now on don't sit at the bed more than one minute.
2. Drinking tea or coffee at bed:
We drink bed tea, we drink coffee to stop the sleep. But it actually harms our digestion power. More than acidic liquid like tea or coffee we should concentrate on drinking light water. You can take tea or coffee after breakfast.
3. Getting busy with your phone:
Many get busy with their phones before the sleep is properly over. We look towards mails, Facebook and twitter tweets. But after long hours the visit to internet may cause your brain some pressure. It can lead to some kind of mental pressure.
4. Starting the day without proper breakfast:
Many of us start the day by not taking the breakfast as we are lazy most of the time. It has harmful impact on our body and mind. Our brain cells and body parts need food for their proper function early at the day. If food doesn't reach your body at this time then it could have very bad impact on important parts of your body.
