When we are seeing a beautiful place or a beloved person of ours, we think our eyes are the most valuable things in our lives. But the fact is we are not much serious about our eyes. If it's not necessary then we don't want to go to doctors. But it can harm your eyes for a long term. So get alert now to save your eyes.

1. Include Vitamin A, C, E and Zinc to your food chart:
Nutritious foods are not only good for your health but also has good impact on eyes. Vitamin A, C, E and Zinc can effectively save your eyes. Molecular degradation and lack of eye sightings are problems people face without these foods.

2. Exercise of eyes:
Get time of exercise for your eyes. Close your eyes from 20 seconds to 2 minutes. It can relax your eyes. Move your eyeballs to right and left, up and down and also can rub your opposite site of hand to eyes to get some relaxation and it's also good for your eyes.

3. Avoid direct sunlight:
Keep sunglasses whenever your outside. Don't look at sun with naked eyes. Harmful rays of the sun can cause great harm to our eyes.

4. Never work on little light:
When you are working on little light it can cause immense pressure on your eyes. Also when light is increasing and decreasing in parallel then it can also make your eyes miserable. Don't do this.

5. Distance yourself from screen:
Distance yourself from whatever screen you have like TV, mobile, computers. If you can reduce your work rate on these screens then it would be great help for your eyes.

6. Regular checkup:
If you can recognize a disease at early stage then it is medically treatable. So go to doctors twice a year. It can help you out of the problem if caught on first stage and you would get saved from big harm.
