You have in your mind that you have to start a day again tomorrow and you have to be fresh in mind and body to prepare for next challenges. What to do now? Learn about these 07 tips that can make you fresh and playful for the next day.


1) Use essential oil:

Mix essential oil of your favorite flavor with hot water. Then take a relaxing shower. Half of your tiredness would be vanished.


 

2) Drink water:

Drink few glasses of water till you go to sleep. You can also drink juices. This water would reduce your tiredness.

Don’t take heavy foods at night. You have already eaten many things all day long, so go light. Take some fruits or yogurt or things like that. Don’t eat heavy.

Those who have problems with their skin should have a face wash regularly. For any kind of damaged skin, polish and massage your skin with olive oil or coconut oil. Then wash it with hot water and face wash. Then pour some water on your face and provide necessary moisturizer.

Don’t be late for sleep. If you take your bed quickly then your body gets necessary rest. Try to wake up as early as you can.

Before you go to sleep take some milk mixed with honey. Your sleep would be great. If you have problems with milk then only take honey. Your stomach would be also well.
