8 ways to control your high blood pressure

Every 07 out of 10 men have high blood pressure problem. Which could cause severe problems like heart attack or stroke. To sit at one place for long time, lack of exercise, thinking a lot and eating salty foods are the reasons behind high blood pressure. Only a few days ago people used to think that high blood pressure is a problem for only elders.

But any one from any age can be affected by this. You have to be alert now if you don't want to get into heart attacks or strokes. Be alert. Know about the ways of controlling your high blood pressure easily.


1) Reduce your weight:

Research shows that those who are greater in height and weight than others around have more risk of getting into problems of high blood pressure and when you would reduce this extra weight you would be able to control high blood pressure.

Those who work more than 40 hours a week can cause hypertension. This hypertension increases the chance of having high blood pressure by 14%. So never try to pressurize more than necessary at the time of working.

3) Be alert about snoring:

If you snore loud and more then you have good symptom of having high blood pressure. So don't think much. If you have snoring problem then go to a doctor.

4) Eat bananas:

Banana has a lot of Potassium. It also controls the amount of salt for our body and help to reduce our high blood pressure problems. If you take 5 bananas a weak then it would reduce you chance of death by high blood pressure. The elements of banana control the liquidity of our body and reduce high blood pressure.

At least one hour of jogging one day of a weak can maximize your longevity for another 6 years. When you are jogging, it increases Oxygen on your body and by mixing with your blood it enhance the blood circulation, and reduce high blood pressure.

Smoking is very bad for high blood pressure. Nicotine of a cigarette fasten your heartbeat and as a result your pressure could get higher.


7) Take yogurt everyday:

If you take one cup of sugar less yogurt everyday then it would reduce your high blood pressure by 30%. Yogurt helps the circulation of blood on our body. As a result our blood pressure remains normal.
