Keep the heat out of your room

To cool your pillow you can use a fresh package, as we usually have in the freezer to apply ourselves when we "put ice" and introduce it into the pillowcase. If we have a cold pack, eye masks are also based cold pack containing special cooling pearls.

Use a damp pajamas or light

You can moisten your pajamas and throw you on a towel to prevent bed wetting, but if you feel uncomfortable sleeping with wet clothes, you can also dip a cloth and put ice in front of the bed.
