1) Biting everything-
You are may be used to open things or cut a plastic cover using your teeth. But these are ruining your teeth. This habit grows chances of having a dental fracture. So be aware.

2) Taking ice in your mouth-
Many of us take an ice cube straight to our mouth. This is a very bad habit. It harms the enamel and tiny erosion take place on different corners of our teeth. So never ever take ice straight into mouth.

3) Sucking chocolate-
Babies used to have chocolates or lollipops almost all the time. It’s very dangerous. When people are having those, they are actually inviting the sugar of those chocolates to their teeth and it cause erosion.

4) Using baking powder-
Many of us use baking powder or lime extract to whiten our teeth. This is not at all good for our teeth. By bleaching our teeth like this all your enamels could get vanished and it also can hurt the nerves of our teeth.

5) Taking acidic foods-
When we are taking acidic foods like orange, lime etc, we should not brush our teeth immediately. As those foods have high level of acid, brushing may cause harm to our teeth. This kind of acid softens the enamel of our teeth. At this situation you should brush your teeth at least 30 minutes or one hour later.

If you don't sleep well at night it has affects on your face and face skins. It looks lifeless and the skin around your eyes looks bit pale.
