To be healthy its necessary to build up good habits. To maintain the busy schedules of everyday life we grow few bad habits almost unconsciously, and these habits cause great harm to our body. And when one of your habits become regular day practice then its hard to return from that stage. But if you want to be well and healthy then the habitual behavior must change.

Nail biting with teeth:
These habit is common to all kind of ages. But this habit can be the cause of one of our diseases. There are many kind of germs on our nails. Maximum time we do not wash our hands properly, and by not doing that germs goes to our mouth and after that to our stomach. Different diseases are always waiting to harm you. So this habit must be stopped.
Sleeping late:
We all know that to be healthy we should sleep 7 to 8 hours. But though we know that but we not necessarily follow that. We go to sleep late, and to tell the truth its very bad habit. It can cause great harm to your body. You are sleeping late but you have class or office or any other work. It would upset your mind and you may not think properly. So try to get rid off this habit as soon as you can.
Eating junk food:
Junk foods are not at all good for the health. But then again we live on the junk foods these days. Its not a big deal if you eat this kind of food once in a while, but if you take junk food regularly then you may not control your weight anymore and you may have stomach ache. This bad habit should be eradicated immediately.
Eating unusual amount of snacks:
We love to eat all kinds of snacks. When we are not in a good mood, or watching TV or movies we can take snacks continuously. This is a very bad habit. Snacks are not bad but if taken more then enough then can cause great harm to health.
