The skeleton of our body is made of bones and provides us a strong structure, that helps us to walk and do whatever we want to do. If we had no bones then our body wouldn't have been structured as it is now. But we don't do anything for these bones. But do many harmful things for bones.

Osteoporosis is a common disease of bones seen now a days. With this disease your bone's structure get weaker day by day. For few of our bad habits our bones are getting ruined. Here are few of the habits we are maintaining and harming our bones:
1. Not eating foods containing Calcium and Vitamin D :

Calcium and Vitamin D strengthen the bones of our body. If you don't eat these on a regular basis then your bones would get weaker and you may face bone related diseases very early of your life.
2. Sitting at one place for a long time:

If you have the habit of sitting at one place for a long time then your bones are may be danger. Get alert now.
3. Drinking heavy dose of soft drinks:

Elders and children, everyone like soft drinks. But soft drinks are one of the few causes our bones are getting weaker. These drinks have Phosphoric acid, which get calcium out of our body by our urine. This single thing weakens our bones.
4. Using steroid:

Many use steroids for body building or similar reasons. But this thing is very bad for our bones. If you don't take steps to save yourself fro this, then you are going to face dangerous problems with your bones.
