Many can think that is there anybody who wake up as early as 6 am. Answer is there are people who do this regularly. 4) Those who don't get enough time to eat the breakfast, they should wake early to find some time. A good breakfast is very good for health as it helps to make your body fit and also reduce your body fat. If you don't take your breakfasts regularly. It also affects your body.
5) If you can wake up early in the morning then you won't be late at any work or any schedule. Because you have enough time to do everything. You have sufficient time to fix your schedule.
